Multimodal chromatography resin. Different from traditional chromatography resins, MaXtar® COLL consists of two layers of different structures. Its core is a spherical inner core coupled with a ligand of both hydrophobic and negative charge adsorption, which helps to maximize the binding of impurities such as host proteins and nucleic acids.

With a double-layer structure, where the outer shell is an improved agarose-based passivation layer and the inner core is a ligand of both hydrophobic and ionic functions.
With wide range resistance and good chemical stability.
Suitable for the separation of viruses and other large biomolecules.
