The company was established in 2001, focusing on the fields of chemical medicine, API, Chinese medicine and pharmaceutical excipients. Now it has the production line of raw material medicine, oral solid preparation, oral liquid preparation, gel paste, pharmaceutical excipient and so on. Preparations and traditional Chinese medicine are produced in Liuyang Economic Development Zone, APIs and excipients are produced in Wangcheng Economic Development Zone, and R & D and commercial sales are carried out in Changsha high tech Zone.

Based on the core concept of "turning nine into Chinese and Western medicine and health", and taking R & D and technology as the driving force, the company has been selected as the national high-tech enterprise, postdoctoral research station, the provincial Respiratory Medicine Engineering Technology Research Center, the new gel paste Hunan Engineering Research Center, and so on, and was recognized as Hunan small giant enterprise in 2018.
