Characters: It occurs as a white, odorless, tasteless powder that is stable in air. It is insoluble in water, soluble in dilute mineral and acetic acids. It is insoluble in alcohol. It contains one molecules of water of hydration.

Usage:

1)As acidulant in baking powders and in wheat flours
2)Leavening Agent
3)Dough Conditioner
4)Nutrient
5) Dietary Supplement
6)Yeast Food

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area and not in direct sunlight. The preferred storage temperature should not exceed 0ºC-40ºC.
