1. The images of oral solution bottles illuminated by strong lights are taken by CCD cameras. When these images are magnified, dark oral solutions can be seen and inspected clearly. Moreover, the Tyndall effect will be achieved and impurities such as tiny glass chips will be more easily detected.

2. The machine reduces operator’s fatigue greatly and meets the requirements of the humanized management.

3. The operators don’t need special training. At the beginning, average operator can inspect above 90 pcs/min and with more practice the capacity will be increased properly.

4. Industrial computer can store the data of capacity, product lot, defect count, etc., meeting the requirements of cGMP management.
