Structure Description
This product is a horizontal centrifugal pump consists of two parts pumps and shielded motor ( hereinafter referred to as the motor ) . Some of the major components of the impeller pump , pump, seal ring, the motor part of the main components of the stator , rotor, shielding sleeve , bearing , bearings, thrust plate , cooling , air release valve and other component parts .
Class H insulation winding motor selection . The rotor shaft made of stainless steel and cast aluminum rotor components. In order to prevent corrosion of transmission fluid into the stator and the rotor , the inner diameter of the stator and the rotor surface are made of stainless steel shielding sleeve seal.
Sealing: pump flange and the motor flange connection , frame and bearing and the stator heat shield connections are O -ring seal. Cantilever pump impeller mounted on the motor shaft, to be secured by a bond and nuts.
Lubrication and cooling : The outer loop . When the pump is working , at the outlet of the pump leads to a small amount of liquid through the cooling tube , the gap between the bearing and journal , stator and rotor gap , the gap before the bearing and journal , the impeller ring form a circulation loop port ( single-stage ) , and finally an impeller inlet ring composed of a circulating loop ( multi-level ) .
