Plantrix^® Industrial Flow Reactors are modular ceramic reactors for the performance of continuous flow reactions at the tonne scale. Using 3M™ Silicon Carbide, Plantrix^® reactors are suitable for chemically challenging reactions under extreme processing conditions such as;

• Fast, highly exothermic reactions
• Reactions with aggressive media
• Reactions employing unstable intermediates
• Hazardous reactions not accessible under batch conditions

Plantrix® is available in 2 different sizes:

• MR260 (1 to 36 kg per hour)
• MR555 (5 to 400 kg per hour)
