Pure electric low temperature evaporation module

The traditional evaporation and concentration equipment is combined with the heat pump technology of the refrigeration industry. The material is evaporated at the hot side of the heat pump and the secondary steam of the material is cooled and condensed at the cold side. The traditional heat source boiler steam and cold source cooling circulating water are replaced by the cold and hot two-way utilization of the heat pump system completely so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.

Strengths

The boiler steam is replaced by electric energy completely, which saves a lot of cooling circulating water. Especially, it is suitable for the evaporation of flammable and explosive organic solvents. The recovery rate of solvent reached ninety-eight percent.
