The piston head is always in contact with the column bed and maintains the column pressure, thus avoiding the collapse of column bed that occurs in traditional chromatography columns over a long period of use, and extending the service life.

The scring column loader is a multi-functional column loader. With one set of this machine, multiple chromatography columns of different specifications can be loaded.

No electrical components usage.Applicable in explosion-proof areas. It utilizes regular air compressor and steel gas cylinder in lab. Power of oil cylinder is from hydraulic booster pump. Its advantage is that it makes use of small pressure going through booster pump to provide a great power unit. It is of excellent safety. Sourcing power through compressed air makes operation environment cleaner.
