Usage: Sorafenib, an orally active potent multi-kinases inhibitor,was approved in the U.S. for the treatment of advanced renalcell carcinoma. The drug targets both tumor cell proliferationand tumor angiogenesis kinases that include RAF,VEGFR-2, VEGFR-3,PDGFR-??, KIT and FLT-3.
