Characters:  Tri-Sodium Phosphate is a white crystal, highly soluble in water and produces a strong alkaline solution. pH 11.5-12.5. It is insoluble in ethanol and carbon disulfide.

Usage:

1) buffering agent
2) improving agent
3) emulsifier
4) nutrition supplement
5) anticaking agent

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area and not in direct sunlight. The preferred storage temperature should not exceed 0ºC-40ºC.

Shelf Life: 24 Months.
