VHP hydrogen peroxide vapor sterilizer
Dezhong manufactured hydrogen peroxide vapor (HPV) sterilizer DZH-1 series is suitable for sterilizing the outer surface of articles and appliances in a closed chamber of below 80 cubic meters.
For Bacillus stearothermophilus, Bacillus subtilis, Clostridium difficile, Gram-negative bacilli, Gram-positive bacilli, DNA / RNA virus, endospore bacteria, plant bacteria, atypical bacteria ), Viruses, fungi (such as: Penicillium) and other microorganisms it has a wide range of inactivation and sterilization.

● Sterilization principle
Fundamental
The high-temperature hydrogen peroxide vapor generated after evaporation is continuously ejected by the generator until it reaches a saturated state of hydrogen peroxide vapor in the space. The high-temperature saturated hydrogen peroxide vapor will reach a slightly condensed state when it contacts the surface of the colder sterilized article. A micron-sized envelope is formed on the surface of various microorganisms, and hydrogen peroxide molecules will release strong oxidizing free radicals to kill various microorganisms. Free radicals can achieve 6-log killing effect on microorganisms.
(1)Preparation stage
Preheat evaporators, pipes and nozzles.
(2)Vaporization stage
After the hydrogen peroxide solution drips into the evaporator, it is quickly vaporized into steam and sprayed into the sterilization space until it reaches a saturated state. The hydrogen peroxide vapor will become a slight condensation state. This state has a good killing effect on microorganisms.
(3)Maintenance stage
At this stage, hydrogen peroxide vapor is continuously sprayed into the space to maintain the saturation of the vapor so as to continuous coverage of the sterilized surface and continuous killing of microorganisms.
(4)Ventilation stage
The hydrogen peroxide vapor in the sterilization space is decomposed into oxygen and water vapor through the catalytic filter. The auxiliary ventilator can also be used to discharge the vapor out of the transfer cabin until the monitored hydrogen peroxide. concentration is below 1 ppm
