PSA / VPSA oxygen generation:

Oxygen is an important industrial gas, widely used in iron and steel, nonferrous metallurgy, chemicals, furnace energy-saving, environmental protection (sewage treatment, waste incineration, etc.), glass, papermaking, medical and other industries. PSA / VPSA oxygen generation methods have been widely applied as a new low-cost oxygen generation technology.

PSA oxygen generation working principle:

The unit uses dual-tower atmospheric pressure or vacuum adsorption analytical processes (PSA or VPSA for short), and uses molecular sieve to adsorb nitrogen from air, realize oxygen separation and extraction, and produce 90-95% rich oxygen. While making the rich oxygen, it also outputs decomposed gas containing nitrogen and other gaseous impurities, which is usually discharged into the atmosphere.
