SIDE EFFECTS:The normal side effects of Iron sucrose are nausea, vomiting, muscle cramp, headache, joint pain, back pain, cough, constipation, swelling of legs and arms are normally seen in the patients.Fainting and dizziness also seen some time after giving the dose.See doctor right away if you see side effects like chest pain, irregular heartbeat, pressure in chest, blurred vision or problem in breathing.
