From raw materials to final products, the company has implemented derivative production to ensure the maximization of product profits. It mainly produces pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates, methyl benzoic acid, nitrobenzoic acid and its derivative acyl chloride amide products. The product has wide application, good market and broad prospects. The factory is a newly built factory, and all safety and environmental protection are in line with the latest petrochemical specifications; it meets the development requirements of circular economy; the safety facilities are safe and reliable, and the technology is advanced. It is a milder oxidation reaction and a one-step reaction of nitrification with a lower risk factor. Using chemical oxidants and organic solvents, the reaction conditions are fully automated. Environmental protection is effective. The secondary condensation and activated carbon fiber automatic adsorption complete set of devices ensure that the exhaust gas emitted by air oxidation not only meets the emission standard, but also achieves the emission standard. After the first phase is put into production, three series and eight major products will be formed, so that the production capacity will reach 17,000 tons per year, 10,000 tons of toluic acid per year, and 5,000 tons of nitrobenzoic acid per year. Methyl toluic acid (B) Esters are 2,000 tons per year, methyl benzoyl chloride is 6,500 tons per year, and DEET is 1,500 tons per year. The second phase is currently under construction. After the construction is completed in 2021, it is estimated that 3,000 tons of nitrification products and 2,000 tons of acyl chloride products will be added to meet customer needs.
