Fujian Highsea United Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (HSU) was established in August 2012. The registered capital of HSU is RMB 80 million now and HSU owns a land area of about 45,000 square meters in Mingxi Economic Development Zone of Fujian Province, China. HSU has a building area of 10,000 square meters for its production facility and office.

With talents from the fluorochemical and pharmaceutical industries, HSU has specialized in the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of various products including inhalation anesthetics (Sevoflurane, Desflurane, and Isoflurane), PDT medicine for skin cancer (5-Aminolevulinic acid HCl), specialty oral agents, traditional Chinese medicines, and specialty pharmaceutical intermediates (side chains for Taxane, intermediates for Capecitabine, Cyclopentane-1,2-dicarboximide for Gliclazide, and 4-Biphenyl bromide and its derivatives for Neutral Endopeptidase [NEP] Inhibitors or Prodrugs), and many other intermediates.

HSU has modern production lines for inhalation anesthetics, PDT medicine, and oral agents. HSU also has a lab scale research and development center and a multifunction pilot facility to meet different requirements. We plan to have HSU facilities GMP certified soon.
