Such system features traceable genetic background, easy culture and control, with simple transformation and high expression levels, low cost, and short fermentation cycles. Our biotech research team is experienced in E. coli protein expression system, achieving high expression for soluble and inclusion body, providing different protein tagging strategies for purification, and obtaining high renaturation recovery and purity (more than 98%).
