Qingzhou Jinhua Aluminum Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. was established in June, 2001 and located in Shangjia Industrial Park, Qingzhou City, Shandong Province, P.R. China. It covers an area of 5,000m , with 4,000m as its production area. It has 100,000-class cleanroom meeting the requirements for the production of packaging products used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. It has its own laboratory for biological, physical and chemical tests. It’s equipped with clean bench, oxygen permeation analyzer, water vapor permeance analyzer, gas chromatography analyzer, muffle furnace, mould incubator, biological incubator and many other equipments. It has standard workshops for packaging and pressing, abrasion cutting and composite. It has over 50 sets of processing machinery for the production of gaskets/liners, over 1900 sets of moulds(size: 7mm~300mm). Its production capacity for gaskets/liners is around 15 million pieces per day, and around 2 billion pieces per year. It’s the only manufacturer of sealing gaskets/liners in China who has both China National Industrial Products Production License for PE、PET (QS Certificate) and China National Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials and Containers Registration Certificate(Class 1) (China National Pharmaceutical Packaging number 20140821, 20150580 and 20140444). It’s the major manufacturer specializing in the production of various types of sealing gaskets/liners such as electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing gaskets/liners used for PE, PET, PP, PVC, PS plastic bottles and glass bottles for pharmaceutical, food, pesticides, veterinary drugs, health products, cosmetics, beverage and lubricating oils, high-foaming and low-foaming sealing gaskets/liners, press-seal sealing gaskets/liners, PS paper sealing gaskets/liners, PTFE sealing gaskets/liners, “Lift n Peel” sealing gaskets/liners of different specifications, easy-to-tear-off sealing gaskets/liners, heat-seal or not-heat-seal sealing gaskets/liners, ventilate and no leakage sealing gaskets/liners and polyethylene complex films. It can meet its customers’ seasonal needs and normal needs of a large quantity. The export volume of its sealing gaskets/liners is ranked No. 1 of kits kind in China.
