Jiangsu Wugan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was founded in March 1987, under the administration of two subsidiaries: Wugan Pharmaceutical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., Hunan Wugan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; It is a manufacturer of sulfonamides series products with complete global industrial chain and large capacity, mainly producing sulfonamides APIs and intermediates.

Wugan Pharmaceutical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. has 17 varieties of veterinary drug GMP certification by the Ministry of Agriculture, and passed the FDA certification in July 2019. It has set up a provincial enterprise technology center.

In 2020, Jiangsu Wugan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. established a wholly owned subsidiary in Wangcheng District, Changsha City, Hunan Province -- Hunan Wugan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
