Xi'an Manareco New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, whose shares are jointly held by Beijing Manareco Holding Corp. Ltd, CapitalEdge Investment Management Co., Ltd., Eastern Ocean (Wuhu) Equity Investment Fund (LLP),Shanghai Pivot Capital Co., Ltd. and other well-known investment institutions as well as internal middle and senior managers.
