ODA/ hydroxypropyl- β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex

ODA/HP-β-CD inclusions with ultramolecular structure were prepared by grinding using hydroxypropyl- β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) as the main body and octadamide (ODA) as the object.The optimal preparation process of the package is an amount ratio of 15 min, main and object material at a grinding time of 2 ∶ 1 and a heat treatment temperature of 75℃.1 The H-NMR and XRD diffraction results showed that ODA was successfully encapsulated into the HP-β-CD cavity.The effect of HP-β-CD in water was studied by phase solubility and showed that HP-β-CD was significant in water and the binding constant was 7877.69 L/mol.
