High Purity New England Bolsters Biopharma Solutions Services

High Purity New England (HPNE), a manufacturer and distributor of solutions for the biopharma industry, has introduced a highly customizable bioreactor line from BioStream International for the North American market. This new line features five bioreactors with different volume capacities that can be customized based on the bioprocessing needs of the end user.

With the ability to handle a range from 100mL to 5000L, the BioStream cell culture bioreactors can be utilized in a variety of ways, including process development, benchtop research & development, and small-scale production. Additionally, BioStream offers hundreds of project-specific add-ons and features, including sensors, pumps, stirring options, gas analyzers, filters, branding, and more.

The BioStream International product line features bioreactors with either 9- or 12-inch touchscreens, with easy adaptation to the needs of the end user. Each bioreactor comes with software created by the BioStream International engineering team utilizing consumer feedback, with multiple options available for data export, including parameters and setpoints.

The customization for this bioreactor line includes a mechanical or magnetic drive system that can be mounted on top of the controller when not in use. This product offers the ability to control 32 units in parallel, along with complete flexible gas mix control and mass flow controllers, rotameters, and valves for adding gas and fluids.
