Erasca Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Exercise of Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares

Erasca, Inc. (Nasdaq: ERAS), a clinical-stage precision oncology company singularly focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing therapies for patients with RAS/MAPK pathway-driven cancers, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 21,562,500 shares of common stock, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase 2,812,500 additional shares, at an initial public offering price of $16.00 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Erasca, were $345.0 million. Erasca's common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "ERAS."

J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, Evercore ISI, and Guggenheim Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
