The brief operation introduction of SAC

1)fix the packing column machine, and connect air pipeline .

2)Fix the filter plate and thread on the bottom of the chromatographic column tube.

3)Fix the chromatographic column tube into the packing column machine, then connect the two three-way ball valve.

4)Fix the piston peek pipeline and then fix the piston connecting rod, finaly fix the disc spring.

5)Homogenate , ultrasound.

6)Fix screwed conduit guide sleeve , then put nut and dummy wafer into screwed conduit.

7)Inject homogenate and wash the top of column tube.

8)Put the piston on the top of column tube.

9)Fall off air cylinder and press piston into the column tube.

10)Raise air cylinder, put screwed pipe into piston rod. Connect piston peek pipeline with two three-way ball valve.

11)Fall off screwed conduit by pressing air cylinder, press Emergency Stop Switch after liquid out of ball valve; switch ball valve and open EMS , fall off the air cylinder till finishing fix column tube.

12)Activate the chromatographic column tube through starting pump.

13)After the activation ,change the length of tabletting and force the nut together with tabletting .

14)Raise the air cylinder , dismantle chromatographic column .
