【Application】:

Alkaline protease is a kind of non-toxic protein with no side effects, it belongs to serine type endoprotease. It can hydrolyze protein molecules peptide chain into peptides or amino acid in food industry, it can form protein hydrolyzate with unique flavor.

Alkaline protease has been successfully applied in detergent industry, it can be added in the ordinary detergent, concentrated washing powder and liquid detergents, it can be used both in family laundry and industrial laundry, it can effectively remove stains of blood, eggs, dairy products, meat and vegetable juice, etc. it also can be used as medical reagents enzyme to clean biochemical instruments.

In the biotechnology field, alkaline protease enzyme can be used as a tool enzyme in purification of nucleic acid to remove the protein (including nucleic acid enzymes) while with out  degradation to DNA which can avoid the destruction of the DNA integrity.
