Working principle of Ampoule Liquid Filling Machine
This machine consists of bottle feeding net conveyor, star wheel, and bottle feeding rack, ceramic pump filling system, flame nozzle, vertical sealing plier, bottle outlet track and electric control system. It depends on the upper and lower bottle feeding rack to position ampoules.
Tray and star wheel are used to feed ampoule, rack to position ampoules, high temperature flame to melt the glass to seal the ampoules.
