    Principle:

           Fluidized bed airflow Grinder is a kind of equipment which uses high speed airflow to realize ultrafine crushing of dry materials. It is composed of crushing nozzle, graded rotor, helical feeder and so on. The material enters the crushing chamber through the spiral feeder, the pressurized air sprays to the crushing chamber at high speed through the specially configured supersonic nozzle, the material accelerates in the supersonic jet flow, and repeatedly hits and collides at the nozzle intersection to reach the crushing.
               The crushed material enters the grading chamber with the rising airflow, because the graded rotor rotates at high speed, the particle is not only subjected to the centrifugal force produced by the graded rotor, but also by the centripetal force caused by the viscous action of the airflow, when the particle is subjected The child is collected with the airflow into the cyclone separator and catcher, and the gas is discharged by the blower.
