Selection based on

Cast iron does not apply to more than 100 % fuming sulfuric acid , sulfur trioxide may be due to the reaction with the iron contained in the silicon , so that the cast iron becomes brittle . Carbon does not apply to 100 to 102 % fuming sulfuric acid , more than 102 % of the acid is then applicable , the temperature limit of about 60 ℃. Sulfuric acid corrosion of the steel is large, when the acid concentration is about 47% , the corrosion rate of the highest value. When the acid concentration is greater than 65% , the corrosion rate of the steel is significantly reduced.
