PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

ANFD (Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer) is a kind of multi-functional filtering, washing , drying (three in one ) machine, it is a batch type fully closed process equipment for solid-liquid separation, washing and drying, which is widely used in chemical industry, fine chemical industry and pharmaceutical process industry. The three-in-one filtering and drying system includes a cylindrical cylinder with an upper head and a removable or fixed flanged bottom cover to support the filter plate. The top is equipped with a lifting and stirring device. The inner part of the filter often works under pressure or vacuum, with a heating jacket, a mixer and a bottom discharge valve. Advantages: High stability and abrasion resistance of strongly corrosive media, suitable for products sensitive to metals, contamination or temperature, wide operating temperature and pressure range, is the best alternative to Hastelloy alloy, low investment cost, high income, soft sealing with PTFE or FEP seals for side discharge valves. Sealability of discharge valve, equipped with automatic or manual sealing surface cleaning device, ring bolt fixed main flange, filter medium PTFE filter plate or filter cloth, double-end mechanical seal suitable for chemical or aseptic process, complete CIP and SIP system, manual or automatic tailings discharge device. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP, and can get the FDA certificate.
