Glucono-Delta-Lactone

Physical properties: white crystalline or crystalline powder, almost odorless, sweet and then sour, easily soluble in water, insoluble in ether;
Main uses: stabilizer and coagulant, acid agent, chelating agent.
How to use: It can be used for fish and shrimp preservation, with a maximum usage of 0.1g/kg and a residue of less than 0.01 mg/kg; it can be used for sausage (meat sausage), surimi products, grape juice, soy products (tofu flower, bean flower), with a maximum dosage of 3.0g/kg; this product is mixed with sodium bicarbonate 2:1 to form baking powder, which can be used to make biscuits, bread, and cakes, and the dosage is about 0.13% of wheat flour. This product is refined by starch fermentation and is non-toxic and harmless to the human body.
