Currently, our company owns Independent Intellectual Property Rights of Special preparative chromatographic columns: 25.4mm, 41.4mm, 50mm, 77mm, 80mm, and 100mm. 

Characteristics:

1. Adopt currently international leading design, namely, top manual pressure device which boasts advanced axial compression function. 

2. Cooperate with domestic military factories to develop the technology of precise polishing and concentricity which makes the finish (≧▽12,roughness of surface R a≦0.25μm)of column wall surpasses similar products from domestic and overseas markets and guarantees the concentricity of column (0.2μm),so stability and high performance of our products can be assured. 

3. Enough high inner pressure can be maintained, column bed will not collapse which makes the performance drop all of a sudden. If the bed looses or collapses, just turn the top manual pressure device lightly so that original column pressure and performance can be recovered without any extra tools. 

4. High column performance, it is easy to reach the linear amplification from analysis to preparation. Special flow distribution design for column ends makes a more balanced chromatographic process and a more symmetrical peak. 

5. Columns can be taken down and also can be used in two directions, both positive and negative to felicitate refilling of particulate media. The useful life period largely overtakes those preparative chromatographic columns sealed with fixed flanges and other columns.

We can also customize different scales of preparative chromatographic columns or fill particulate media as per customers’ requirements, such as Kromasil, HyperSil, Fuji, etc. We also can provide refilling service for both domestic and imported produced columns to our customers.
