PGZ automatic scraper centrifuge

The PGZ centrifuge is a filtering device that unloads materials from the bottom of a scraper and operates intermittently. The material is fed into a drum from the top. Under the action of centrifugal force field, the liquid phase passes through the filter medium and is discharged outside the machine, while the solid phase is trapped in the drum. After the drum slows down, it is scraped off by a scraper and discharged from the lower part of the centrifuge. The program can be set according to usage requirements to automatically complete processes such as feeding, separation and washing, dehydration, and unloading, and can achieve remote and close range operations. It has the characteristics of smooth operation, convenient operation, high degree of automation, large processing capacity, and good separation effect.
