PL2000IV Automatic Unscrambler

The PL2000IV automatic unscrambler is composed of a bottle lifting device, bottle unscrambling device and main unscrambler body. Different from the general unscrambler that can only unscramble round and rectangular bottles, our automatic unscrambler can handle bottles in various specifications. It is currently the unscrambler with the highest speed in China.

The mainframe adjusts speed electronically to prevent bottles falling down. The machine has photoelectric controls, so it stops supplying bottles when bottles are jammed and infeeds bottles when lacking bottles. It is up to GMP requirements.
