Application

The material enters the crusher cavity from the feeding hopper, and is thrown from the center to the crusher cavity wall by the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the movable toothed plate. Finally, the fine particles are discharged from the bottom through the sieve plate, and the coarse powder is repeatedly pulverized in the machine.It is suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries to crush dry brittle materials. It is a crushing equipment that integrates crushing and vacuuming.

Working principle

1. Diversified crushing mechanisms: toothed disc type, turbine type, air-cooled type, blade type and hammer type, suitable for various materials.
2. Assembled with a cartridge type dust collector, the structure is compact, the floor space is reduced, and the heat dissipation is higher.
3. Equipped with airtight material receiving barrel, which avoids the dust generated when receiving material, and is easy to transfer to the next process.
4. The screen mesh that is easy to disassemble can achieve different degrees of crushing thickness.
5. The shell of the pulverizer can be equipped with jacket cooling water, which is suitable for high heat-sensitive materials.
