      The series injection type/normal pressure gravity type dual-use filling machine is a high-tech product researched and developed by our company. It is suitable for products of various viscosity such as water injection, semi-fluid and ointment etc. It is widely applied for filling of products in such industries as food, cosmetics, medicine, grease, daily chemical industry, detergent, pesticide and chemical industry etc. By adopting straight line filling mode, it can be used to fill solutions of different types without the need of adding any spare parts.

This machine is improved in design at the foundation of consulting the same products abroad, and has increased by some additional functions. Make the products more simple and more convenient in operation, precision and error, installation and adjustment, equipment wash, maintenance etc..

◆This machine has four filling heads, which are droved by four cylinders, it is faster and more accurate to filling materials.

◆Adopt the pneumatic part of Germany FESTO and Taiwan, China Airtac, and the electric control part of Taiwan, China. Performance is steady. The part contacting materials is made of 316L stainless steel.

◆Adopt the photoelectric eyes device of Korea S., Taiwan, China PLC, touch-sensitive screen, frequency converter and French electric apparatus components.

◆Adjustment is convenient, and filling carried out only with bottles fed, filling volume is accurate and with count function. Adopt filling head of anti-leakage and anti-pull, filling lifting system of anti-high blister products, orientation system of guaranteeing bottleneck orientation and liquid location control system.
