ACG to Showcase the ZRO 200T Capsule Filler

ACG will showcase the ZRO 200T Capsule Filler at Booth 1136, part of the company's ZRP Series of high-yield capsule filling machines. This series of high-speed fully automatic capsule filling machines is available in capacities of up to 90,000 and up to 200,000 capsules per hour. The ZRO technology helps lower wastages and enhance yield to increase the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). With a micro dosing capability of up to 15 mg, the machine is ideal for difficult formulations such as powders that are sticky, fluffy, hygroscopic, heat sensitive, free-flowing and powders with a high percentage of fines. The machine can be integrated with Accura—ACG ’s 100% capsule checkweighers.
