Product Introduction:
The LF-29 pilot plant custom system reactor features a fixed head, body, and furnace, with optional automatic or manual lift options. The controller and frame are made of stainless steel or aircraft aluminum alloy. This equipment can meet higher temperature and pressure requirements and can be equipped with a higher-torque agitator, offering expanded functionality.
Features:
Convenience: The kettle head is fixed, and there is no need to disassemble the pipeline before and after the reaction; the kettle body and heating furnace are automatically raised and lowered; the double-ring quick-open fastening and PTFE seal completely overturn the flange fastening method, saving time and effort; all parts of the kettle head have standard interfaces, can be easily disassembled, and have good interchangeability.
Accuracy: PID program temperature control and adjustable heating power effectively prevent temperature surges; linked temperature control inside the kettle and the kettle wall effectively avoids temperature gradients inside the kettle; cooling water coils and solenoid valves target exothermic reactions and allow for rapid cooling after the reaction; industrial-grade high-precision intelligent controllers ensure accurate and stable data.
Safety: The kettle head and kettle body are integrally formed, and all parts are welded without any welding; the explosion-proof membrane is made of corrosion-resistant alloy, and overpressure is automatically released; the safety release valve can adjust the release pressure; the temperature inside the kettle and the kettle wall are linked to control to prevent risks caused by abnormal stirring; over-temperature and over-pressure dual sound and light alarms are set, and heating is cut off in time.
