Automatic Intelligent Visual Inspection Machine for Soft Bags

Foreign matter and appearance quality inspection for sterilized soft I.V. solution bags. The soft bags will be automatically loaded by the robot hand to enter the visual inspection machine. This machine can fully inspect the soft bag’s defects like sinking bottom heavy foreign matter, floating foreign matter, suspended foreign matter, foreign matter at the corners, inside/outside the bottle cap, bag body appearance, and inner cap. The machine adopts magnetic levitation track transportation. And the inspected bags will be unloaded orderly by it.

Detection Targets:

1. Top of the cap and the welding area: black spots, stains, foreign matter inside the cap; inner cap, with or without rubber plug, pulling ring, with or without valve piece, cap misplacement; stains on cap tube, black spots, burrs, warped edges, welding black spots.
2. Foreign matter inside the liquid.
3. Bag body appearance defects: sealing distortion, with or without date information, off-position printing, bag distortion.
