In-liquid and Appearance Integrated Inspection Machine for Blood Products

The integrated inspection machine for blood products can both be used to detect in-liquid foreign matter and the bottle appearance. And its free-rotating component mechanism drives the bottle to rotate at high speed and drives the foreign matter inside the bottle to rotate with the liquid. When the bottle rotation mechanism brakes suddenly, the liquid in the bottle will still be rotating due to inertia, and the movement trajectory of the visible foreign body will show different brightness characteristics under different light sources, which will be continuously captured by the high-speed industrial camera with multiple images, and will then be processed by the image processing system to accurately distinguish the foreign matter and the bubbles in the liquid. And then the bottle detection will be finished. There are two kinds of inspection postures: upright or inverted. It combines a variety of composite light sources and multi-angle imaging technology to fully detect all common defects from caps, corks, necks, shoulders, bodies, and bottoms of the bottle, so only one machine can meet all the product inspection demands for customers.
