Large Volume I.V. Solution Leakage Detection Machine

When high voltage is applied to the bottle to be detected, the existence of leakage point causes the change of sample capacitive reactance, which leads a sudden jump in the current. The bottole to be inspected is conveyed to the high voltage discharging detection station via turntable input system, and detected through the 2 stations of bottole head and bottom. After the detection is completed, according to the detection result, OK products enter the next process via OK channel and NG products are rejcted by rejection module and enters NG channel. The whole process is fully automatic.
